          The water jet loom is a high-speed shuttleless loom. It is a new type of loom that introduces the weft yarn into the warp shed through the jet of water jets. According to its structural characteristics, the process parameters of the water jet loom are mainly There are various movement times such as opening, weft insertion, beating-up, warp let-off, winding, selvedge, scissors, etc. The correct setting and adjustment of process parameters are the guarantee for the efficient operation of the water jet loom and the acquisition of excellent products. Water jet weaving The adjustment methods of various process parameters are as follows:
          1. Opening process parameter adjustment
          The adjustment of opening process parameters generally includes two aspects, namely the adjustment of opening amount and opening time.
          1. Adjustment of opening
          The opening amount of the water jet loom varies with the beating stroke. There are also differences between single jet and double jet, flat opening and dobby opening. Too large or small will cause warp yarn breakage and poor weft flight. The size of the opening should be selected according to the variety requirements, the performance of the raw material, the opening mechanism and the beating-up mechanism. It is necessary to ensure the smooth flight of the weft insertion, but also to not affect the warp thread breakage.
          The adjustment of the opening amount of the flat shedding mechanism is changed by moving the position of the cotter pin in the opening arm when the loom is 180°. The cotter pin moves to the front of the machine, the opening amount increases, and when it moves to the back of the machine, the opening amount becomes smaller.
          There are many types of dobby shedding mechanisms. Take Japan Murata Mx-7 as an example. The shedding amount is determined according to the weaving conditions. The opening is small, which helps to increase the speed. If the opening is too small, it is unfavorable for the weft insertion water column to fly. If the opening is too large, the warp thread may break.
          2. Adjustment of opening time
          The flat shedding time of water jet looms is generally 350°~355° for single jet and 345°~355° for double jet. Incorrect shedding time will cause poor weft insertion or warp yarn breakage. Now take Tsudakoma ZW302 flat shedding as an example. The adjustment method is as follows:
          At heald level, the height from the top of the heald frame to the heald frame guide seat is 138mm.
          Measure the heights H11 and H21 from the top of the first and second heald frames to the guide seat at heald level (350°).
          When the handwheel is turned to 350°, measure the heights H12 and H22 from the top of the first and second heald frames to the guide seat.
          At 350°, adjust the open crank on the right side of the loom so that the height of the first heald frame is (H11+H12)/2.
          At 350°, adjust the open crank on the left side of the loom so that the height of the second heald frame is (H21+H22)/2.
          After the above operations are completed, adjust the feet of each heald frame at 350°, and adjust the height of each heald frame to 138mm from the guide seat.
          Note that when adjusting the opening amount and opening time, the opening amount should be adjusted first, and then the opening time should be adjusted.
          Japan Murata MX-7 dobby opening device, the opening time adjustment, first loosen the dobby timing belt, adjust the degree on the dobby dial to correspond to the degree on the loom handwheel dial to adjust the opening time. Generally, when the degree on the dobby scale is at 360° (0°), the loom scale is at 350°~355°.
